CyclingSavvy on the Outspoken Cyclist

I had the pleasure of chatting with Diane Lees about CyclingSavvy on the Outspoken Cyclist radio show today.

The Outspoken Cyclist is a 1-hour radio show with interviews, commentary, ideas, advocacy, and everything (anything) connected with bicycling! Podcasts of each new episode are available Saturdays at 6:30 PM on the web site and iTunes.

Here is a link to the episode. My interview is in the second half (beginning at 32:17), following an interesting discussion with  Hunter Allen about becoming faster and stronger using a power meter.

About the author

My mission in the cycling world is to empower individual cyclists to ride with confidence and realize unhindered access to the transportation grid. I believe we can transform our traffic culture, through education and social marketing, into one which recognizes that roads are for all people, not just the ones driving cars.

The greater danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark. —Michelangelo
