You may sign up for individual sessions ($30 each) or all 3 sessions for $75. The package price is valid even if you take the courses on different dates.

I don’t know the Orlando area at all. Would like to know if there will be parking available at all the sites where classes will be held. What kind of parking will be available in downtown areas? Any recommendations for places to stay while in town?

There is free parking at all venues. As for places to stay, the Marriott Courtyard is within a few blocks. https://plus.google.com/115980498787738309012/about?gl=us&hl=en
If you google Metroplan Orlando, you’ll see other options. I do not recommend Travelodge, though.
