If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a CyclingSavvy training session you attend, contact the instructor for a full refund of the purchase price paid for that session.
Cancellations
We understand that cancellations or schedule changes are sometimes inevitable. The following policies are necessary to ensure we stay in business for the next time you join us.
Requests for cancellation, postponement, or transfer:
7 OR MORE DAYS PRIOR TO THE SESSION:
We will refund your payment minus a $10 per course processing fee.
FEWER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR TO THE SESSION:
Refunds are not offered for cancellations within 7 days. Please contact the instructor in the event of an emergency.
TRANSFERS
You may give your ticket to someone else, but please notify the instructor and provide the student’s contact information. Please also pass on any preparation information you have received so they are prepared.
IF YOU PURCHASED RIDE AWESOME! WITH YOUR IN-PERSON COURSE – AND MUST CANCEL THE IN-PERSON COURSE:
As a standalone course, Ride Awesome! is not available at the deeply discounted add-on price that you received when you registered for the in-person course.
If you find that you’re not able to attend the in-person course for which you registered, you may keep Ride Awesome! for an additional $20. In other words, you’ll receive a refund according to the schedule described above minus $20 for lifetime access to Ride Awesome!
NO SHOWS:
There are no refunds for no-shows. No-shows forfeit the entire amount paid for the missed session(s).
NOTE: Students who are registered for the full course and fail to show up for a prerequisite session (Truth & Techniques and/or Train Your Bike) cannot attend the Tour session and will forfeit the amount paid for that session as well.
