Truth & Techniques for Tour de Cure Riders

February 20 @ 5:30 PM - 9:00 PM EST

Tour de Cure at Lake Nona in partnership with The Injury Assistance Law Firm of Michael Mills invites riders of all levels to join us for a FREE CyclingSavvy workshop.

Bicycling is very safe and with a few simple techniques. In this class you’ll learn how you can make your own cycling virtually conflict-free.

In this classroom session, we’ll show you how much power you have over your own safety. The most common types of crashes — even those caused by motorist errors — are predictable and avoidable, if you know where to look and where to be. Then we’ll take a deep dive into unique strategies for mastering even the most intimidating and complicated scenarios. We use illustrations, animations and video to make it fun, engaging, and easy to understand. You will come away with a tool kit of knowledge and strategies to apply to whatever kind of riding you want to do.

CyclingSavvy‘s mission is to make a difference in people’s lives by empowering them to use their bikes to go anywhere they want, safely and confidently. These classes are typically $45 per person, but thanks to our local partnerships with The Injury Assistance Law Firm and our venue partners, we are able to offer the class free to all attendees.

We have carefully selected four dates and locations that will appeal to most Central Florida riders, ensuring we increase safety for Tour de Cure at Lake Nona and everyday rides. We hope you join us at one of these sessions, as we all can learn a thing or two to keep us safer on the roads.

*Lunch or Dinner will be provided
