Selfie with Harold on Maryland Plaza Tuesday Night Ride

I live and work in St. Louis, Missouri (USA), and am wife to Harold and mother to Gabe, Al and Eli, our three adult sons.

I serve on East-West Gateway Council of Governments Bicycle-Pedestrian Advisory Committee and am a member of St. Louis County’s Complete Streets Advisory Committee.

I founded the Maryland Plaza Tuesday Night Ride, a social ride that never missed a Tuesday until the coronavirus pandemic shut it down. MPTNR plans to resume when we’re on the other side of the pandemic.

What a thrill to discover CyclingSavvy! Without exception these are the best strategies for safe and easy bicycling. It truly is possible to use a bike to go everywhere. I look forward to the day when everyone knows about savvy cycling :-)
