A better customer experience

If you haven’t already, please look around this new website. It’s a one-stop shop for both instructors and customers. We have a ticketing system that allows your students to purchase a ticket to your class from your calendar listing. It uses the same calendar software as our old website. There is a tutorial for listing your classes and creating tickets in the instructor area.

The online course has been recreated in an LMS software inside this website. The Instructor Online Training has also been beefed up and recreated in this LMS platform. All current instructors are encouraged to watch the videos in the new Instructor course. We also created a free mini-course to encourage membership and foster loyalty.

Your instructor membership provides insurance, as well as access to teaching resources, classroom and parking lot drill videos, marketing materials, and all of our online courses — including a new one we built just for instructors and candidates.
