As a CyclingSavvy Ride Awesome member, you have provided crucial support to ABEA’s CyclingSavvy programs. You have lifetime access to the Basic and Mastery online CyclingSavvy courses with comprehensive information on how you can use your bicycle or e-bike to go anywhere safely and confidently.
To thank you for your support, we have initiated a series of one-hour Zoom meetings for Ride Awesome members to interact with instructors and each other.
When you select a ticket, you will be able to ask a question in advance. You will also be able to ask questions during the session.
The RidewithGPS online app lets you select local routes from a worldwide database, provide turn-by turn navigation cues on a smartphone (Android or iOS) and design routes on your home computer.
GPS has almost entirely replaced arrows painted on the pavement for recreational club rides. RidewithGPS is of great value in instruction and in explaining tricky urban routes to other cyclists. Anyone can access the map database online. With a paid account, you can type in detailed cues and rider’s phones will read them aloud as they approach each decision point during a ride. It will even lead you back to a route if you take a wrong turn! If an an organization purchases a group account, members can sign up to get turn-by-turn navigation for free on the organization’s routes.
