Truth & Techniques (In-Person Classroom)
This Truth and Techniques class is an in-person classroom session. It will bring you up to date on the real risks of cycling and how riding strategies and your mindset can minimize these risks.
This class is a pre-requisite to taking the on-bike sessions, Train Your Bike (TYB) and Tour.
You can take this class now and choose to take the on-bike sessions at a later date.
